AMD Ryzen processor threads are the most affordable on the market

The video compares the cost of modern processors in a form that was not quite familiar to us earlier – comparing the cost of each thread. In the comparison the processors of the HEDT segment are mainly taken, but for clarity, more affordable models have been added as well.

It is clearly shows that AMD Ryzen processors still have the best price/performance ratio, since Ryzen 5 3600 only costs $17 for a single mainstream processor. AMD processors take 8 top places and only on the 9th we can see the new Intel Core i9-10980XE, in which due to the new Intel pricing policy each thread will cost the buyer $27.

Senior AMD Ryzen solutions offer their threads for $21 and $23 depending on the model and the number of threads. Theadripper processors take the honorable 7th, 8th, 11th and 12th places. Depending on the location, the cost of threads varies in the range of $27-28.
